Third Round Application TCU 2020/2021. Udahili wa Chuo Awamu Ya Tatu, Maombi Ya Chuo round ya tatu. The Tanzania Colleges and Universities Commission (TCU) would like to inform the public and stakeholders all of Higher Education in the country being enrolled in both phases at the level of Bachelor’s Degree in Higher Education Institutions for the year of 2020/2021 studies have been completed in accordance with the admission schedule approved by the Commission. Names of applicants listed in the second phase has been announced by the respective colleges.
ADMISSION PROGRESS
A total of 98,935 applicants submitted applications in both phases in 74 colleges approved to admit undergraduate applicants for academic year 2020/2021. 80,792 applicants equivalent to 81.6 percent they have been admitted to those colleges. Of these, 41,921 applicants equivalent to 51.8 percent of all respondents were admitted to more than one college.
To date 29,051 applicants equivalent to 69.3 percent of those enrolled in more than one college, they have proven themselves in one of the colleges.

Opening Third Round Application TCU 2020/2021
Upon completion of both phases of admission, the Commission has received applications to extend admission time from some applicants who missed admission due to various reasons.
Also, the Commission has received applications for extension of admission from the Student Community of Higher Education Institutions in Tanzania (TAHLISO) and some colleges that
they still have a chances in some of the study programs for the year 2020/2021.
To provide opportunities for applicants who could not be admitted or could not apply for admission in the last two phases due to the reasons mentioned
above, the Commission has extended the admission period by opening the third phase and final admission period begins today October 30 to 04 November, 2020.
The Commission urges all applicants who have not yet get colleges should take advantage of this opportunity to apply for admission.
Multiple Selected Applicants 2020/2021
The Commission emphasizes that all applicants were admitted to the college more than
one in phase One and those in phase Two, use this opportunity to confirim in one of the colleges starting today on the 30th October to 04 November, 2020.
The confirmation should be done using short messages with a special secret number sent via their phone number or emails they used when applying for admission. Those who they will not receive the message on time, they are advised to login to the systems of admission to the colleges they were admitted asked code to be sent a text message with a special secret number in order to confirm in the relevant college.
In addition, proof of admission must be made through the account in which the applicant
he spent time applying for admission. List of names of applicants enrolled in more than one college in Phase One who they have not yet confirmed with those who have been admitted to more than one college in Phase Two it is posted on the TCU website (www.tcu.go.tz).
