The intent is to create a pool of quality Aviation resources for potential vacancies. (Job placement is at the discretion of individual Aviation Operators.)

1. ARE YOU A QUALIFIED PILOT?

• MUST be unemployed?
• MUST be a Tanzanian citizen?

Fall under one (1) of the following categories below:
CATEGORY 1: Experienced Pilot (Captain) with: –

• Over 2000 hours;
• Multi-engine rated;
• Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) rated;
• Commercial Pilot License (CPL);
• Safety Management System (SMS) Qualifications ((is an advantage)
• Quality Assurance (QA) Qualifications (is an advantage)
• Airline Transport Pilot’s License (ATPL) (is an advantage)
• English Proficiency

CATEGORY 2: Inexperienced Pilot (Co-Pilot) with:-

• Commercial Pilot License (CPL)
• Multi-engine rated;
• Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) rated;
• English Proficiency

2. ARE YOU A QUALIFIED AVIATION MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST?

• MUST be unemployed?
• MUST be a Tanzanian citizen?

Have a minimum of five (5) years’ Aviation experience (local, and/or, regional, and/or international) in one (1) or more of the following below:

Technical Specialists

• Safety, Quality & Compliance professionals to build International Safety Standards
• Have experience in managing an airline safely and efficiently
• Have worked in a highly competitive and dynamic environment

Managerial/Supervisor Positions

• Minimum five (5) years’ experience of managing an airline operation – safety focus, business acumen, leadership qualities, academic qualifications
• Have experience in managing an airline safely and efficiently
• Have worked in a highly competitive and dynamic environment

• Experience delivering systems and processes into other organization, with an international persuasion to adapt to global customer base
• Have experience in managing an airline safely and efficiently
• Have worked in a highly competitive and dynamic environment

Commercial Specialist

• Minimum five (5) experience of international revenue management processes – Distribution, Sales, Marketing Systems
• Have experience in managing an airline safely and efficiently
• Have worked in a highly competitive and dynamic environment

3. ARE YOU A QUALIFIED AVIATION ENGINEER?
Aviation Engineer

• MUST be unemployed?
• MUST be a Tanzanian citizen?
• Must be a licensed aviation engineer
• Have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience
• Have relevant Aircraft Type rating (e.g.C208, PC12, Twin Otter, Beach Craft, Dash 8, and ATR)

Hold one (1) of three (3):

1. Aircraft and Engines rating;
2. Engineering License (e.g. A, C, X, R);
3. Avionics rating.
