Call for Papers for the AFRICAN ECONOMIC
PERSPECTIVES (AEP) JOURNAL
African Economic Perspectives (AEP) is a Bi-annual, Double-blind Reviewed and Refereed
Journal. AEP provides a valuable forum for publication of original theoretical and
empirical research in economics for academics and practitioners. The journal aims to
provide readers with research findings and commentary on international developments
The journal welcomes submissions from an international authorship with vpapers focused on economic issues between individual nations, emerging and evolving trading blocs being of particular interest to the editorial team. AEP aims to maintain a sound balance between economic theory and application at both the micro and the macro levels as it keeps its readership abreast of current issues in the diverse fields of economics and finance.
The journal intends to provide space for solid empirical studies across an impressively
broad range of issues in economic fields. The Editor in Chief encourages the submission of
research papers in a diversity of subject areas connected to the wide theme of the applied
economic sciences. All the papers will first be considered by the editors for general
relevance, originality and significance. If accepted for reviewing, the papers will then be
subjected to double-blind peer review.
Copyrights for articles are retained by the authors, with first publication rights granted to the journal. Authors have the right to archive and distribute their own articles after publication. The journal/publisher is not responsible for subsequent uses of the published article.
