Job Position: Logistics Transport Manager
Reports to: Managing Director
Location: Dar es Salaam

Broad Function Dar es Salaam

This position is accountable for planning, organize and coordinate and control company’s transportation fleet as per company transportation policy,

Ensure fleet availability to meet all requests by scheduling, forecasting and surveying current user/customers trends,
Keep track for all vehicles under car track system so that any discrepancy could be reported for immediate rescue measure,
Ensure that all log sheets are accurately maintained for all vehicles
Preparation of technical reports, statistics and other documents required for fleet management, Prepare and develop transport safety, driving manual for drivers and internal repair and for maintenance guidelines for vehicle sustainability and company value for money in repair and maintenance,
To supervise drivers and ensure uninterrupted provision of transport services,
Ensure correct maintenance of the vehicle register by making regular vehicle inspections and recommending the appropriate maintenance options and Monitor expenditure on fuel, repair and maintenance to make sure they are in line with the approved budgets

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

Holder of Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics and Transport Management with atleast 8 years
of working experience from Logistics and Transport Industry.

Position: Accountant Officer
Reports to: Managing Director
Location: Dar es Salaam

Broad Function:

This position is accountable for being in a Department of Finance and Accounts, Implement and Controls Financial and Accounting functions.This includes;

Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly and annual reports,
Ensure inward and outward bills are maintained properly,
Participate in Revenue and Expense budget,
Plan and organize departmental activities and promptly submit periodic financial and administrative reports including cash flows projection,
Ensure proper accounting and control of capital and revenue expenditure,
Review financial budget and cash flow projections
Facilitate auditing of books of accounts by the internal and external auditors,
Scrutinizes and verify all expenditure items to ensure their credibility

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

Experience in Logistics and Transport sector as well as clearing and forwarding industries will be of an added value.
