Gauteng Online Application for 2022 Grade 1 And 8 will be Opened 10 August. Gauteng MEC for Education, Panyaza Lesufi, said that by 2022, the enrollment of first and eighth graders will be carried out in two stages.

According to Lesufi, the online application will be officially opened on 10 August. Applications for grade 8 will be submitted between August 10 and September 3.

Speaking at a virtual media briefing, Lesufi said applications for first graders were open from September 13 to October 8.

Gauteng Online Application For 2022 Phases

“The first phase starts on August 10 and ends on September 3, 2021 at midnight. The second stage begins on September 13 at 8 am and ends on October 8 at midnight. Phase 1 runs from October 15 to November 30 and phase two from November 15 to November 30.”

The second phase, which begins September 13, is open to first and eighth grade applicants who are not in the departmental system. This includes those who are not from within the country, as well as those from private and free schools.

Accommodation will take place between 15 October and 30 November. Gauteng Education MEC, Panyaza Lesufi, said there would be 47 centers across the province to help people without internet access.
