Form Five Date To Report School 2020.
Minister of State Presidential Office Regional Administration and Local Government Hon. Seleman Jafo said all boarding students selected to join Form Five by 2020 are required to report to school on July 18, 2020 and start classes on July 20, 2020.
Minister Jafo made that statement while announcing the form five Selection , teachers’ colleges and vocational colleges in 2020 earlier today at the Government Offices, Dodoma.

He said pupils who will not report two weeks from the school opening date will be replaced by other students who have not been assigned to the school in this phase.
He added that the transfer of schools will be allowed after the completion of the first semester, and the exercise will be conducted with regard to the availability of the school space with the approval of the relevant Regional Education Officers, so there will be no opportunity to make any changes to the current school level. Commenting on the data of candidates for Form Four, 2019 said 425,072 school candidates including 221,813 girls and 203,259 boys took the Form Four examination in 2019 and 48868 independent candidates grew. “A total of 121,251 students including 53,829 girls and 67,422 boys have been selected to join Form Five, Teachers and Technical Education Colleges administered by the National Council for Technical Education (NACTE), which is equivalent to 93.4 percent of students with the qualifications for the selection said Minister Jafo ”

In addition, Minister Jafo explained that 73,101 students including 35,005 girls and 38,096 boys equivalent to 52.1 percent were selected to join form five and 9,264 students including 4,314 girls and 4,950 boys were selected to join vocational education colleges, health colleges and teacher colleges while students 38,886 including 14,510 girls and 24,376 boys have been selected to join vocational education colleges run by the National Council for Technical Education (NACTE).
