We are looking for competent, dedicated, energetic collection and recovery officers to help with managing bad debts, repossession and disposal of assets to fill the vacant positions below:

JOB TITLE: HEAD OF RECOVERIES & COLLECTION
Job Description
The ideal candidates will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of assignments, manage a team and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
Responsibilities
1. Minimum 2 years’ experience of working within a Financial Services or similar environment in a similar role.
2. Results focused and able to lead teams to achieve a common goal and managing change and transformation.
3. Demonstrate the ability to construct robust business cases, organize and prioritize.
4. Demonstrate strong Leadership skills, excellent team management skills and be able to influence and communicate effectively.
5. Strong commercial awareness, experience of managing projects and leading teams in a customer focused environment.
6. Experience of managing suppliers, stakeholders and internal relationships.
7. Experience in report writing.
8. Good command of Excel.
9. Strategical planning resulting into Company profit.
10. Train subordinates.

- Diploma/Degree in any related field.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skill.
- Proven negotiation skills.
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluency in Swahili and English is a MUST)
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access
- Minimal experience of at least 2years in the same field, preferably from the Banking/Mirco Finance/DCA industry
JOB TITLE: COLLECTION & RECOVERY OFFICER
Job Description

This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a bad debt portfolio.
- Make Right party contact (RPC).
- Get Promise to pay (PTPs).
- Field visits and prepare field visit reports.
- Get final Payments.
- Reposes and Auction assets.
- Negotiate with customers for settlements.
- Meet set and agreed targets.
